a. Wax Tablets: Our Wax Tablets are crafted upon order, ensuring uniqueness and quality. Please anticipate a processing time of 2-3 days, excluding delivery.
b. Candles: Hand-poured with precision, our candles offer enchanting aromas and exceptional quality.
c. Fragrance Experience: Please note that fragrance perception is subjective, and scent experiences may vary from person to person. 
d. Frangrance oils: Phthalate-Free/Paraben-Free

Workshop Commencement (2025)
a. Introduction: In 2025, Alchemico.sg plans to launch workshops. These immersive experiences will delve into the art of candle-making, providing hands-on learning and creative insights.
b. Reservation & Participation: Details regarding workshop schedules, reservations, and participation guidelines will be released closer to the launch date. Stay tuned for updates and early access information.

Allergen Information
a. Ingredient Listing: Our products contain ingredients such as soy wax, beeswax, and fragrance oil. Kindly ensure you are not allergic to these components before purchase or use.
b. Allergic Reaction Disclaimer: Alchemico.sg holds no liability for allergic reactions resulting from known or unknown allergies to the listed ingredients. Customers are advised to review product ingredients for allergen concerns.

Candle Quality Note
a. Wet Spots Disclaimer: It’s common for candles, especially those made with soy wax, to develop "wet spots." These are caused by natural temperature fluctuations and do not impact the candle’s performance or quality.

b. Ceramic Container: Our candle containers are made from high-quality ceramic, and while we carefully quality check each product before processing, slight imperfections such as small dots or uneven textures are normal.
