Product FAQs

  • What types of candles do you offer?
    We currently launched our Wax Tablets & our Embrace Collection - Candle.
  • Can I choose the fragrance of my candle?
    Our candles are available in various scents. 
  • Do you offer personalised candles for special occasions?
    Yes, we accommodate custom orders upon request. Otherwise, our standard candles and wax tablets are available for purchase.
  • What is the average lifespan of your candles?
    The burn times vary depending on the size and type of candle. Specific details can be found in the product descriptions.
  • Are your candles eco-friendly and safe for home use?
    Our candles are crafted from a premium natural wax blend (Soy + Beeswax), known for its eco-friendly properties.

    Candle Wick -
    Our wicks are made from 100% natural, unbleached cotton with no added chemicals. They burn cleaner than regular wicks, helping to reduce black soot.

  • Candle Care Tips -
    Trim the Wick
    : Before lighting, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch (6mm) to prevent soot and ensure a clean burn.

    Allow a Full Melt Pool: Let the candle burn until the entire surface melts to avoid tunneling and ensure an even burn.

    For the first burn, we recommend letting the candle burn for at least 2.5 hours. This allows the wax to melt evenly across the surface, preventing tunneling and ensuring a longer-lasting candle.

    Burn Time: Keep your candle lit for 2-4 hours at a time to maintain the scent’s strength and prevent overheating the vessel.

    Avoid Drafts: Place the candle in an area free from drafts to ensure an even burn and to avoid flickering.

    Safety First: Never leave a burning candle unattended, and always burn it on a heat-resistant surface.

    Extinguish Safely: Use a snuffer to safely extinguish the flame without splattering wax.

Delivery FAQs

  • Do you offer delivery for products purchased?
    Yes, Standard Delivery (2-3days) - each location is subject to a $8 fee. Free shipping is available for orders of $80 and above per transaction to one local address.
  • What is the estimated delivery time for candle products ordered online?
    Delivery times may differ for Pre-order & wax tablet orders as it's made to order: 2-4 working days for production & 2-3 days for delivery. Please buffer additional time during peak seasons. Otherwise, leave us a comment, we will try our best to work out something.
  • What areas or regions do you deliver to?
    We provide island-wide delivery in Singapore, we are unable to deliver to the following restricted locations/areas: Airports, Sentosa Island, Tuas Industrial areas, Military Camps/Areas, Protected Areas, Changi Airfreight Center, Changi Cargo Complex/Alps Avenue (Free trade zones), Jurong Port, PSA Terminal/Wharves, Jurong Island and other offshore islands. 
  • Can I track my order during the shipping process?
    Tracking details can be provided upon request.
  • What should I do if my candle product arrives damaged or defective?
    Please get in touch with us via email (admin@alchemico.sg) immediately and provide photos showing the damage or defects. During off-peak, we actually hand delivered all our orders to reduce all any kind of damages. We try ~

Refunds and Exchange FAQs

  • What is your refund policy for candle products?
    We assess and handle each case individually for products affected during delivery.
  • How long does it take to process a refund or exchange request?
    Requests typically take about 7 working days after approval.
  • Are there any specific conditions for qualifying for a refund or exchange?
    Refunds or exchanges only exception are applicable if the vessels are cracked or damaged due to delivery. In case you have received a damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please take photos from different angles to show the damage or defects within 7 working days from the delivery date and email us at admin@alchemico.sg.
  • Can I return a custom or personalised candle for a refund or exchange?
    Custom products are tailored to order and are non-refundable or exchangeable.
